His father begins to tell him the story of his real mother. Years ago, Murat saved Gül—who had attempted suicide—from death and brought her back to life. They marry, but a treacherous trap set by Osman, Murat’s assistant at the factory, tears the couple apart. Unable to accept what had happened, Gül ends up in a mental institution. Osman’s second plan is to eliminate Afacan and his father and, with the help of his stepmother Jale, lay claim to a vast fortune. Afacan accidentally overhears the truth about his mother and is heartbroken.
